1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using THS Tools (https://taimurtools.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The service

THS Tools is a free collection of 50+ browser-based utilities including PDF tools, image tools, AI generators, and other creator and business utilities. Most tools run entirely in your browser; AI tools rely on the third-party Pollinations.ai API.

3. Free use and credits

The free tier provides 5 uses per tool per day. Optional credit packs and unlimited plans may be purchased via WhatsApp. Credits are non-refundable and never expire. Access codes are tied to your browser's local storage and cannot be transferred between devices.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use THS Tools to:

• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Create deceptive content, deepfakes of real people without consent, or content meant to impersonate or defraud.
• Generate sexually explicit content involving minors, or any content that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer protections, or abuse the service through automated requests.
• Process personal data of others without their consent.

I reserve the right to block access at the network or service level if abuse is detected.

5. Intellectual property

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you input (text, images, files). I claim no ownership over your inputs or the AI-generated outputs you produce.

Tool code and branding

The THS Tools website, code, design, name, and logo are owned by Taimur Hassan Siddiqui. Do not republish, clone, or rebrand the site without written permission.

AI-generated content

AI outputs from Pollinations.ai are subject to that service's own license. You are responsible for verifying that your use complies with applicable copyright and AI-content laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Disclaimers and limitations

THS Tools is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
• Tool outputs (especially AI-generated content) will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
• Any defect will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Taimur Hassan Siddiqui be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of THS Tools.

7. Third-party services

AI tools call the Pollinations.ai API. Their availability and behavior are outside my control. Reading the Pollinations.ai terms is your responsibility when using AI features.

8. Changes to these terms

I may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of THS Tools after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

I may suspend or terminate access to anyone who violates these Terms, with or without notice. You may stop using THS Tools at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
