Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using TaimurTools (https://taimurtools.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The service

TaimurTools is a collection of 50+ browser-based utilities — PDF tools, image tools, media tools, AI generators and business utilities — plus an agency offering ecommerce and AI automation services. The site is operated by Taimur Hassan Siddiqui, based in Pakistan.

The tools do not all work the same way, and the difference matters:

• Around 29 tools process your file entirely in your browser. The file is not uploaded.
• Around 24 tools send what you submit to taimurtools.com/api.php, which forwards it to Google Gemini, Groq or Hugging Face and returns the result.
• AI Summarize PDF and Translate PDF send your extracted text directly from your browser to Pollinations.ai, and the AI Prompt Maker may fall back to the same service.

Each tool page states which of these applies to it, above the tool's controls. The Privacy Policy sets out the data handling in full.

3. Free use, limits and Pro

The tools are free to use without an account. Each of the 56 file and AI tools is limited to five runs per tool per day on the free tier — the allowance is per tool, not shared, so five runs of Merge PDF and five of OCR PDF on the same day are both available. For tools where the output is what matters rather than the editing, the count is taken at the point of output: Edit PDF counts a save, and the Invoice Generator counts a PDF download. The calculators (GPA, grade, percentage, word counter, timers and the others listed under Students, Teachers and Office) have no daily limit. The limits may change.

The daily counter is kept in your browser's local storage. It is per browser: clearing site data or switching browser or device resets it. That is a consequence of how the counter is stored, not a licence to circumvent limits deliberately (see section 4).

TaimurTools Pro lifts the per-tool daily cap and removes advertising. Pro terms, price, device allowance, cancellation and refund terms are those stated on the Pro page at the time you purchase. Pro activation keys are validated against this site's server; the key is stored in your browser's local storage, so you re-enter it after clearing site data or on another browser.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TaimurTools to:

• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Create deceptive content, deepfakes of real people without their consent, or content intended to impersonate or defraud.
• Generate sexually explicit content involving minors, or any other content that violates applicable law.
• Deliberately circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer protections, or abuse the service through automated requests.
• Process other people's personal data without a lawful basis for doing so — in particular by putting it into the AI tools.

Access may be blocked at the network or service level if abuse is detected.

5. Intellectual property

Your content

You retain all rights to what you put into the tools — your text, images and files. No ownership is claimed over your inputs or over the outputs you produce.

Site code and branding

The TaimurTools website, code, design, name and logo are owned by Taimur Hassan Siddiqui. Do not republish, clone or rebrand the site without written permission.

AI-generated content

Output produced through an AI tool is subject to the terms of whichever provider generated it — Google Gemini, Groq, Hugging Face or Pollinations.ai, depending on the tool. You are responsible for checking that your intended use complies with those terms and with the copyright and AI-content laws that apply where you are. Note that in some jurisdictions purely AI-generated material may not attract copyright protection at all.

6. Disclaimers and limitations

TaimurTools is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In particular there is no warranty that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.
• Any output — especially AI-generated output — will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. AI output can be wrong and can state things that are not true; verify anything you rely on.
• A conversion will preserve the layout, formatting or content of your original file. Several tools extract content rather than reproducing a document, and each tool page says so.
• Any defect will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taimur Hassan Siddiqui shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of TaimurTools. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Keep your own copy of any original file before processing it. The tools do not retain your files, so nothing can be recovered from this end.

7. Third-party services

The AI tools depend on third-party providers — Google Gemini, Groq, Hugging Face and Pollinations.ai. Their availability, behaviour, quotas and terms are outside my control, and an AI tool can stop working, degrade or rate-limit at any time without notice. Reading the relevant provider's terms is your responsibility when you use an AI feature. The browser-based tools do not depend on these providers and keep working when the providers do not.

8. Advertising

Some pages of this site carry advertising served by Google AdSense. Advertising is not shown on the legal pages, on the contact, audit and booking flows, or on the individual tool pages. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are handled and how to control them.

9. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Material changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. These Terms were substantially revised on 19 September 2026 to correct the service name, to describe the tools' actual processing and limits, and to name all four AI providers rather than only one.

10. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for anyone who violates these Terms, with or without notice. You may stop using TaimurTools at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
