Who we are
Founded and led by Taimur Hassan Siddiqui
Taimur is a Pakistan-based technologist with more than ten years in computer-science education, freelance video and web production since 2020, and — most relevant here — the builder of everything on this site: the 50+ free AI tools, the AI automation workspace, the ecommerce storefront and the desktop software in our case studies.
TaimurTools began as a personal answer to a familiar frustration: every online utility demanded an account, capped file sizes, or quietly uploaded your files. So the tools were built to run in the browser wherever the job allows it, and every AI tool that has to send your input to a provider says so on its page. That same instinct — practical, private, finished — is how we build for clients.
We work remotely with clients in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe, and have completed 100+ projects for clients in more than ten countries.

How the tools and guides on this site are made
Who they are for
The tools are aimed at the same two groups our agency serves: people who handle documents for a living, and people who sell online. Typical jobs are getting a scanned contract under a portal's upload limit, merging an invoice pack into one attachment, or checking an Amazon Search Terms field before it goes into Seller Central. Each tool page explains what the tool does, what it accepts, what it cannot do and how it compares with the alternatives, so you can decide whether it fits before you use it.
Where your data goes
We do not claim every tool is private, because that would not be true. Of the 56 tools, 26 send what you give them off your device: 23 through our server to Google Gemini, Groq or Hugging Face, and three (AI Summarize PDF, Translate PDF and the AI Prompt Maker fallback) directly from your browser to Pollinations.ai. The rest process your file in your browser and never upload it. Every tool page states which applies in a panel above the controls, and the why client-side page lists every exception. Free use is capped at five runs per tool per day, counted in your browser and reset at midnight UTC.
How the guides are written
Guides are published under Taimur's name and he is responsible for what they say. The standard each one is held to: what a setting does is taken from the tool's own code, not from a template; any number comes from that code or from a test, never from an estimate presented as a result; and where a free tool is the wrong choice, the guide says so and names the alternative, including desktop software we do not make. The older guides are being reviewed against that standard, and each one's "Updated" date shows when it was last revised.
Updates and corrections
When a tool changes, its guide and tool page are updated and the guide's "Updated" date changes with it. If you find something on this site that is wrong or out of date, email taimur.siddiqui87@gmail.com and it will be corrected. In October 2026, for example, a review of the Image Resizer found that its page promised an aspect-ratio lock the tool does not have; the page and guide were corrected the same day.
