What this tool is for
- Concepts and mood images
- Thumbnails and placeholder art
- Quick mock-ups before commissioning real artwork
| What it does | Generates an image from a text description, and can also take an uploaded reference image to edit or remix. |
|---|---|
| Accepted input | A text prompt. Optionally a reference image (image/*) to edit or remix. Plus an aspect ratio - square 1:1, 16:9, 9:16, or Full HD landscape or portrait - and a style: none, photorealistic, cinematic, digital art, oil painting, anime, 3D render, pixel art or product photo. |
| What you get back | A generated image to download. |
| Limits | Capped at 5 runs per day for this tool. Image generation depends on the provider's quota and can be unavailable when that quota is exhausted. |
| Browser requirements | An internet connection. This tool does not work offline. |
A worked example
- Input
- Prompt "a ceramic coffee cup on a wooden table beside a window, morning light", ratio Square 1:1, style Product Photo.
- What comes back
- A square generated image matching that description in a product-photography style.
- Worth knowing
- Two things are commonly misunderstood. First, if you upload a reference image, the full image is sent to the AI provider - not just your text. Second, results vary run to run and the model does not reliably render legible text, hands or a specific real brand, product or person. It is not a substitute for a real photograph of a real product.
If it does not work
"Image generation quota exhausted"
The provider's image quota has run out. Text-based tools still work; try the image tool again later.
The result ignores part of the prompt
Put the most important element first and keep the prompt concrete. Regenerate for a different take.
Text in the image is gibberish
Image models do not render text reliably. Add wording afterwards in an image editor.
The reference image barely influenced the result
When the direct image-edit path is unavailable the tool falls back to describing your reference and generating from that description, which is looser.

When to use AI Image Generator
Concept and mood images
Before you brief a designer or photographer, generate a few directions. A quick image of the look you have in mind communicates faster than a paragraph.
Thumbnails and placeholder art
Blog headers, video thumbnails and slide backgrounds do not always need a commissioned image. A generated one fills the gap while you work.
Mock-ups before commissioning real artwork
Product packaging ideas, room layouts or poster compositions can be roughed out before money is spent on the real thing.
Remixing a reference image
Upload a picture and ask for a variation, a different style or an edit. This is useful for exploring a look, but see the privacy note below.
Social posts and backgrounds
Abstract or scenic backgrounds for quote cards and promotions, in the aspect ratio of the platform you are posting to.
The options, explained
The page gives you a prompt box and three controls. Here is what each does:
- Prompt
- Describe what you want. Detail helps: the subject, the setting, the lighting, the medium and the mood. A prompt such as 'a ceramic coffee cup on a wooden table beside a window, morning light' gives the model far more to work with than 'a cup'.
- Aspect ratio
- Square 1:1, 16:9, 9:16, or Full HD landscape or portrait. Pick the shape of where the image will be used, because you cannot crop a generated image into a different shape without losing parts of it.
- Style
- None, photorealistic, cinematic, digital art, oil painting, anime, 3D render, pixel art or product photo. The style is added to your description to steer the look.
- Reference image (optional)
- Upload a picture to edit or remix. Be aware that the whole image is sent to the AI provider, not just your text.
What it cannot do
- Where your data goes. Unlike the tools on this site that run in your browser, this one cannot work on your device. Your prompt is sent through taimurtools.com/api.php to Google Gemini, with Hugging Face as a fallback. If you add a reference image, that image is sent too. Do not upload pictures of people or anything private.
- Results differ every time, and image models are weak at rendering legible text, hands and exact real-world brands, products or people. Add text afterwards in a design tool, and do not use a generated image as a stand-in for a photograph of a real product.
- Availability depends on the provider's quota. When it is used up, generation can be unavailable for a while. The free allowance here is 5 runs per day for this tool, counted in your browser.
- Commercial use is governed by the AI provider's terms, not by us. Check them before you use an image in something you sell, and note that AI-generated images may not attract copyright protection in some places.
How it compares with the alternatives
Dedicated image generators and design suites offer more control: fixed seeds for repeatable results, editing parts of an image, upscaling and longer prompts. If image generation is central to your work, a paid dedicated service will serve you better.
This tool is for a quick, no-signup image when you need one. It is a front end to a hosted model, and it is honest about that: the processing is not local, and the provider's limits and terms apply.
Unlike the tools that run in your browser, this one sends data off your device. The why client-side page explains the difference and lists every such tool.
Getting a better result
Be specific about the scene
Name the subject, where it is, what the light is like and the camera or art style. Vague prompts give generic images.
Say what you want in positive terms
Rather than 'no clutter', ask for 'a clean, minimal background'.
Pick the ratio first
Choose the aspect ratio for where the image will be used before you generate.
Regenerate a few times
Every run is different. Generate three or four and keep the best.
More questions about AI Image Generator
Can I use the images commercially?
That depends on the AI provider's current terms. Check them first.
Why does the text in my image look wrong?
Image models are poor at drawing legible text. Generate the picture without text and add it afterwards.
Is it free?
Yes, within a limit of 5 runs per day for this tool, and subject to the provider's quota.
Is my reference image private?
No. It is sent to the AI provider along with your prompt. Do not upload anything private.

What exactly is sent when I use this?
Your prompt always. And if you upload a reference image, that whole image is sent too - it goes to taimurtools.com/api.php and on to Google Gemini, with Hugging Face as a fallback. Do not upload pictures of people or anything private.
Can I use the images commercially?
That is governed by the AI provider's terms, not by us. Check the provider's current terms before commercial use, and be aware that AI-generated images may not attract copyright protection in some jurisdictions.
Why do I get a different image each time?
Generation is not deterministic. Regenerating always gives a different result.
Why is the text in my image wrong?
Image models are weak at rendering legible text. Add it afterwards.
Is there a limit?
Yes - 5 runs per day for this tool.
