A free 30-minute strategy call, then a fixed-fee proposal. No retainer required to get a quote.

The problem

Why new Amazon listings underperform

Most listings fail before the first sale because the fields that feed Amazon's search index were filled in as an afterthought.

Titles written as brand slogans, so the terms shoppers type never appear in the first 80 characters
Bullets that repeat the title instead of answering size, fit, material and compatibility questions
Backend search terms left empty, or stuffed with brand names and repeats that Amazon ignores
Main image with props, text or an off-white background, which fails suppression checks
Variations listed as separate ASINs, splitting reviews and sales history across duplicate pages

Our approach

What a complete Amazon listing needs, and how we build it

A listing is a set of structured fields. The title carries your highest-intent keywords in the first 80 characters, where they survive mobile truncation, inside Amazon's 200-character limit. Five bullets handle objections in the order a shopper raises them. The backend search-terms field, capped at 250 bytes, catches synonyms, misspellings and secondary uses the title has no room for. We write every field to a per-marketplace keyword plan.

Images follow the same discipline. The main image sits on a pure white background, fills at least 85% of the frame and measures 1000 pixels or more on the longest side so zoom activates. Secondary images show scale, features, packaging and context. For catalogs with sizes or colors we build a parent-child variation family, map each child to the right browse node, and run compliance checks before upload.

What's included

  • Keyword research — Marketplace-specific search terms ranked by relevance and intent, grouped by the field each belongs in.
  • Title and bullet copy — A front-loaded title inside the 200-character limit and five benefit-first bullets written to the category style guide.
  • Backend search terms — All 250 bytes spent on synonyms, alternate spellings and use cases, never repeating words from the title.
  • Variation families — Parent-child setup for size, color or pack count, so reviews and sales history pool on one detail page.
  • Image spec and review — A shot list for main and secondary images, checked against white-background, size and text-overlay rules.
  • Flat-file upload — Bulk creation via category templates, each child mapped to its browse node, errors resolved until every ASIN is live.

Process

How we work

Discovery call

A free 30-minute call to review your catalog, marketplaces and category, followed by a fixed-fee quote.

Research and spec

We deliver the keyword map, title formulas and image shot list for sign-off before any copy is written.

Build and upload

Listings are written, assembled in flat files and uploaded, with Loom walkthroughs at each milestone.

Verify and hand over

We check every live page for suppression flags, image zoom and variation display, then document the build.

Benefits

Why it matters

Indexed for the right searches

Every field is used on purpose, so Amazon can match your product to the right queries.

Fewer suppressed ASINs

Image, title and attribute rules are checked before upload, not flagged afterward.

Faster catalog launches

Flat files let us create dozens of ASINs at once instead of hand-entering each one.

A reusable playbook

You keep the keyword map and templates, so future products follow the same structure.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does an Amazon listing service cost, and what drives the price?
We do not publish a rate card. The main drivers are the number of parent ASINs, how many child variations sit under each, whether you need image editing or only an image spec, and whether the listing is new or migrated from another marketplace. Bulk flat-file work is priced per batch. After a free strategy call we send a fixed-fee proposal.
How long does it take to get a new listing live?
A single-product listing typically moves from kickoff to upload within one two-week sprint, provided your images and product data arrive on time. Larger flat-file catalogs are scheduled in batches so errors from the first upload inform the next. Amazon adds its own time: new ASINs can take hours to index, and some categories require approval or compliance documents before the page displays.
What do you need from us before you start?
Product specifications (dimensions, materials, pack contents, compatibility), your target marketplaces, brand assets, and raw product photography or samples we can brief a photographer on. If you hold Brand Registry, share the brand name exactly as registered so titles match. UPC or GTIN codes, or a GTIN exemption, are required for each child ASIN. A few direct competitor listings help us calibrate the keyword map.
Do you need access to our Seller Central account?
Only for the upload and verification stage, and only through a user permission you grant from your own account. We never ask for your login. You add us as a secondary user with catalog and inventory permissions and remove that access the moment the project ends. Every file we create stays yours. If you prefer, we prepare the files and you upload them yourself.
What happens after the listing is live?
Every project includes a post-launch check for suppression flags, image zoom, variation display and search-term indexing. Afterward you can move to a monthly retainer where we monitor listing health, respond to attribute changes Amazon rolls out, and update copy as new keywords surface from your ad reports. If you would rather manage listings in-house, we hand over templates and a short written guide.
How does working with a remote studio in Pakistan work in practice?
We work with clients in more than ten countries and schedule calls around US, UK, European and Australian working hours. Progress arrives as Loom walkthroughs, so you review a listing on your own schedule rather than waiting for a meeting, and a shared project board shows current status. All work is done by the founder personally, so context never gets lost between hand-offs.
