Come with the problem, not a brief
- Send a link to your store, site or the process that's slow, so we can look before the call.
- Describe the problem in one or two sentences; the form asks for exactly this.
- List the tools you already use (Shopify, Seller Central, Gmail, Sheets, your CRM) so any automation fits what you have.
- Decide what a good outcome looks like: more orders, fewer hours, faster replies. We use it to judge whether a project is worth doing at all.
After the call
A proposal, or an honest no
If a project makes sense you get a fixed-fee proposal within a few days, with milestones and no retainer. If it doesn't, you get a recommendation: sometimes that's a free tool on this site, a Shopify app, or nothing at all. Either way the call costs nothing.
